If you have a 4spoon sized teacup starting with 3spoons tea;
Bring 1spoon wine into the teacup and you have 25wine and 75tea.
Take one 1spoon out and you have 0.75spoon tea and 0.25spoon wine going to the barrel.
This leaves 0.75 spoon wine in the cup, the same volume of tea going into the barrel.

Take pills from each jar and place into groups on the scale as follows.
